2. WEBSITE (hatchable.io)

Analytics Data
We use a GDPR-compliant, European analytics tool to understand how visitors interact with our website:

Plausible Analytics
- Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics service that collects anonymous, aggregate data
- No personal information is collected
- No cookies are used
- Data is hosted in the EU

Data collected includes:
- Page views
- Visit duration
- Referral sources
- General geographic location (country level)
- Device type and browser

All data is aggregated and cannot identify individual visitors.

Contact and Support Forms
When you submit a message through our contact or support forms, we collect the email address you provide and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your request. We do not use it for marketing.


3. FULLSHOT FOR SAFARI

What stays on your Mac
FullShot processes web page screenshots entirely on your device. The captured page content (the screenshot itself) never leaves your Mac. There is no cloud upload, no automatic sync, and no remote backup of your screenshots.

What we never see
- The contents of any web page you capture
- The URLs of pages you screenshot
- Your screenshots, in any form
- Your browsing history
- Any personal data, account information, or login credentials

What FullShot stores locally
- Your settings and preferences (stored only in your browser, via Safari's extension storage)
- Nothing else

Anonymous, opt-out usage analytics
To improve the app, we count anonymous usage events using Plausible Analytics (an EU-hosted, privacy-friendly service that uses no cookies and collects no personal data).

Specifically, when you make a capture, FullShot may send these data points:
- A capture event happened
- Which export format was used (PNG, PDF, or copy)
- A rough page-size bucket (for example "1-3 tiles", "4-9 tiles")

That is the entire payload. We never send the page URL, the page domain, the page contents, your IP address, your identity, or any other information about the websites you capture.

How to opt out
Open FullShot's Settings panel and switch off the analytics toggle. The change takes effect immediately. With analytics off, FullShot sends no network requests of its own.

No account, no signup
FullShot has no user accounts, no login, no signup. You install it from the Mac App Store and use it. We never know who you are.


4. HOW WE USE DATA

We use the limited data described above to:
- Understand how our website is used
- Improve product features and fix bugs
- Respond to support and contact requests
- Make informed decisions about what to build next

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build profiles of individual users.


5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

- All Plausible Analytics data is stored in the EU on secure servers
- Any data you share with us via support forms is stored on EU servers
- FullShot screenshot data and page content are never transmitted to us — they remain on your Mac

- Request deletion of any data we hold about you
- Opt out of analytics in FullShot at any time, with one click
